Carley is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. Over the past 8 years, Carley has worked with various ages and contexts providing mental health care including residential treatment, community mental health services, crisis response, outpatient counseling, and foster care support services. Her experience includes working with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, identity development, LGBTQIA+ needs, relationship/family conflicts, attachment styles, and spiritual issues/formation. Carley’s approach to counseling is holistic and founded on a client-centered framework. She is passionate about supporting her clients in pursuing healing by embracing the power of their own stories. Carley utilizes various techniques from evidence-based therapies and is currently pursuing certification in ABFT (Attachment-based Family Therapy). She also specializes in topics related to attachment, trauma, and spiritual formation. Faith integration is offered per request.
