Geoffrey Dill,
Resident in Counseling

Hi, I’m Geoffrey! I have been practicing as a mental health clinician for more than 3 years now, during which time I graduated with my master’s in clinical mental health counseling and became a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have the privilege of serving adult clients struggling with PTSD and complex trauma, faith transitions and religious deconstruction, OCD and anxiety, eating disorders, and relationship issues.
My therapeutic approach blends a few modalities: the non-judgment and unconditional positive regard of person-centered therapy, the skills and acceptance in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and bilateral stimulation in eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma. I also use exposure-based therapy (ERP) for OCD and anxiety. After completing an intake session, we can discuss which treatment options might best serve you and your specific therapy needs.
When I’m outside of the office, you will likely find me reading a good book, enjoying time outside, learning a new recipe, or spending time with my family and friends.
