Geoffrey Dill,
Resident in Counseling

Hi, I’m Geoffrey! I have been practicing as a mental health therapist for more than 3 years now, during which time I graduated with my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and became a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have the privilege of serving adult clients struggling with eating disorders, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
My therapeutic approach is LGBTQ+ affirming and eclectic, incorporating elements from various modalities. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). After completing an intake session, we can discuss which treatment options might best serve your therapeutic needs.
When I’m outside of the office, you will likely find me reading a good book, enjoying time outside, learning a new recipe, or spending time with my family and friends.
