I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of VA with over 23 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various mental health settings. My experience includes providing in-patient care as well as crisis therapy for children and adolescents suffering with various mental health needs.

 

 I have provided therapeutic mentoring services for at risk adolescents in the community. I also enjoy working with families and am able to provide family therapy to address various issues that have created barriers within that particular dynamic and have compromised familial relationships in the process. I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of the journey of each of my clients throughout their personal therapeutic process.

 

I have experience treating various diagnoses such as PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Marital problems, family issues, as well Bipolar Disorder.

 

I participate in a client centered approach when treating my clients. This enables me to provide an environment that will foster a safe space where they can begin their healing journey toward overall health and wellness at their own pace.
